General Overview

Nuropod offers a 30-day return policy, which shall commence on the date you physically received the product.  You must show proof of receipt showing the delivery date which must accompany the returned item to start the return process.

To be eligible for return, the product must be in good condition. For purposes of this policy, the product is deemed to be in good condition if it is clean, completely undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included with the return.

The return procedure begins after you contact us through care@nuropod.com.

 

Do not send back products without contacting our email address first. Following our review and approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return form containing instructions to purchase a prepaid shipping label through our returns portal, using one of our nominated couriers. Unapproved returns sent without authorisation will not be accepted by our team.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your shipment immediately when you receive it. You should inform us right away if your received item shows damage or arrives with defects or incorrect products. Our team will assess the issue to provide prompt solutions.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The refund process will include complete payment return including standard delivery costs (if applicable). The refund policy excludes premium delivery fees which include express and expedited shipping options.

Refunds

After inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval status. The approval process triggers automatic refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your financial institution might need additional time to apply the refund to your bank account.

Our satisfaction guarantee operates as a return policy for both new and lightly used products. Our warranty policy functions independently from this return policy by providing protection for manufacturer defects after the specified return period ends. Third-Party Purchases

The return and refund process is exclusive to direct purchases made on our official website. Customers who bought Nuropod products from third-party retailers need to use the return policy provided by their original seller.
