Decreased sleep disruption after adjusting her protocol

“I highly recommend it. I'm a big fan of it so far. I can't wait to see what it's going to do for me long-term.” – Nancy

Nancy's Full Story

Hi, my name is Nancy and I've been using Nuropod a little over a month. I would say that I'm a big fan so far. I think that I've got quite a ways to go to feel the full effects. It's still very early, but I'm excited to see what Nuropod can do for me. I have autoimmune disease of lupus, so for me, exhaustion has just been a part of every day as far as I can remember. I have no idea what it feels like to have energy, so that's the number one thing I'm hoping Nuropod can help me with. But I know a big portion of that is also not being able to sleep, and I have been a chronic— my lack of sleep has been chronic, I should say, because I wake up probably 6 to 8 times a night. This has been for as many years as I can remember, so of course you're going to wake up exhausted.

But since using Nuropod, I started off with 1 time a day, and now I'm doing 2 times a day. 30 minutes in the morning, and then I do it 30 minutes at night just before bed. And I am waking up a lot less since I've been using it consistently 2 times a day. I don't really wake up, and if I do wake up, it's for a few minutes and I fall back asleep. Versus before Nuropod, if I woke up, it would take me an hour or more to fall back asleep. So that's a huge win for me. And I do feel better from sleeping better, and I know that I'm Waking up less also because I wear an Oura Ring and that tracks my sleep and I'm getting the best sleep scores that I can't even remember. So that's huge for me.

As far as inflammation, I deal with inflammation having lupus and it tends to move to different parts of my body and I'm hoping that Nuropod's really going to help alleviate the inflammation in my body as well as energy levels going forward the more that I use it. I highly recommend it. I'm a big fan of it so far. I can't wait to see what it's going to do for me long term, and I, I would shout it to the rooftops for people to give it a try if they're willing. I'm a big believer in helping yourself and doing things preventatively, and I think that this is a super safe way to do it, to find some help as far as different things that the vagus nerve can control or that you need help from because it's blocked. Anyway, uh, I give it 5 stars. The Nuropod is awesome so far, and, uh, I can't wait to feel some energy. I'm very hopeful just reading all the different reviews, people that have used it for several months, and I think that that's going to be a game changer for me. I can't— I don't even know what that feels like, and I'm ready for it. All right, thank you, Nuropod. Appreciate you.
