Nuropod, operated by Parasym Ltd (“Nuropod,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the privacy of consumer health data. This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements our general Privacy Policy and describes how we collect, use, share, and protect consumer health data subject to applicable U.S. consumer health privacy laws, including the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada law.
Consumer Health Data We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, consumer health data may include:
- information you voluntarily provide about symptoms, health conditions, wellness goals, treatments, medications, health history, or similar health-related matters;
- information provided through questionnaires, consultations, customer support, product feedback, or other health-related communications;

We collect consumer health data directly from you, through your interactions with our products and Services, and, where applicable, from service providers or professionals involved in providing a service you request.

Consumer health data may be stored, reviewed, organized, analyzed, transmitted, or otherwise processed only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.
We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect consumer health data about you over time and across unrelated websites or online services through your use of our Services for their own purposes, except where separately disclosed and permitted by applicable law.
Your Consumer Health Data Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data and access that data;
- obtain information about third parties or affiliates with whom your consumer health data has been shared;

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect consumer health data and restrict access to persons and service providers who require access for the purposes described in this Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy and update the Effective Date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent before collecting, using, or sharing new categories of consumer health data or using existing consumer health data for materially different purposes.
